Placenta Encapsulation Services Term Disclosure

 All payments for placenta encapsulation are non-refundable. Payment in full is required to initiate the contract.

Encapsulation fees are not itemized, upon contract signing, you agree to the contract in full. Refunds are not provided for any unused portion of the contract.

Payments are non-refundable in the event you fail to call your encapsulator or if your place of birth does not release your placenta or if your placenta is not stored as instructed for food safety. 

Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Great Expectations Birth harmless from claims, losses, judgments, damages, expenses and costs (including attorneys’ fees and court costs), whether fixed or contingent, arising from or related to: damage to real or tangible personal property of client or any party as a result of the fault of the customer or any other party. 

By signing the placenta encapsulation contract, I agree to placenta encapsulation services according to the preceding Terms & Conditions. All payments are non-refundable.
